The view over the water is a hint of what’s to come at Salt restaurant in Amelia Island. Named for one of the sea’s most valuable resources, this fine dining restaurant uses more than 40 salts from around the world to add depth and flavor to coastal-inspired cuisine.

Salt dress code is resort sophisticated, requiring long pants and closed-toe shoes for gentlemen; shorts are not permitted. Collared shirts are not required, but highly recommended.
