Celebrate Easter in AG with an elevated dining experience. A special feast, served family-style, begins with favorites such as Deviled Egg Duo, Oysters on the Half Shell, Caviar, House Smoked Salmon and Local Cheese and Charcuterie. Continuing with Easter dishes like Roasted Cornish-Hen, Roasted Prime New York Strip, Rack of Lamb, Seared Scallops paired with a variety of sides dishes such as Roasted Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes and Spring Vegetable Medley. All to be completed with delicious homemade desserts while listening to live entertainment.

Reservations required, limited seating available. Priced at $89 per guest, $48 per children ages 3 to 12; complimentary for children two and under; exclusive of tax and gratuity. Complimentary valet included.

Afternoon Spring Tea
Art of Tea Every Saturday April 3 to May 8, 2021 with seatings at 12 and 3 p.m. 

A Ritz-Carlton tradition blossoms with Spring Afternoon Tea at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta.  The experience begins with a selection of savories including Southern Egg Salad Sandwich, House Smoked Salmon with Caviar, Crispy Prosciutto and Asparagus Pate a choux and a classic Cucumber Sandwich on Brioche.  Talented Pastry Chef Katrina Pagan creates an array of indulgent desserts, such as Blood Orange Creamsicle, Pistachio Cheesecake Lemongrass Profiterole, Chocolate Kahlua Fudge Bite and Strawberry Macadamia Tart.  Homemade Georgia Peach and Vanilla Scones are perfectly paired with Lemon Curd, Clotted Cream and Jam.  Presented in whimsical floral tea ware, enjoy a selection of fine teas from Palais des Thés: Darjeeling Margaret’s Hope, a black tea from India with a fruity character; Blue London - Flowery Earl Grey, with fresh and delicate bergamot from Calabria of Southern Italy, giving a well-balanced blend; The des Songe, a delicious Oolong tea with flowers and exotic fruits, among others. Enhance your afternoon with the Royal Tea, featuring a glass of Perrier-Jouët champagne and strawberries with cream.

Afternoon Spring Tea is served every Saturday, April 3 to May 8 with seatings at 12 and 3 p.m. Reservations required, limited seating available. $60 per guest for the Royal Tea, $45 per guest for the Spring Afternoon Tea and $30 per child 3-12 years old, exclusive of tax and service charge. Mother’s Day Around the World Brunch

Treat Mom to a culinary experience with cuisines from Around the World in AG. Each of our Chefs have shared their Mom’s recipe to be featured during the brunch. Travel on a culinary journey through France, Italy, the Caribbean and Indonesia and of course the South. Additionally, guests will enjoy colorful and creative desserts from Pastry Chef Katrina Pagan.

AG’s Limited Release Wine - 181 Vin de Garage, No. 2

Uncork the limited edition 181 Vin de Garage No. 2 wine. A personalized blend, exclusively for AG, wrapped in violets and brambleberries, balanced with baking spices, lingering plum and blackberry notes. Sommelier Brian White states it is the perfect companion to a steak.
