The discipline of craftsmanship

The Japanese Restaurant’s unpretentious name hints at a simple formula – traditional Japanese dedication to hand-crafted culinary expertise, presented within a sophisticated space for a more contemporary feel. The result is a refreshingly unique dining experience that honors the beauty and precision of local craftsmanship on display throughout the Tochigi prefecture.

Our master chefs and experienced restaurant staff serve impeccably-prepared meals using the region’s plentiful natural ingredients. Local meat and fish are sourced fresh from nearby markets, while exciting craft sakes from local brewers each tell a story to add heritage and flavor for an extra, refined twist.
