Starting Wednesday, April 1, 2020, The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa has raised the service charge from 13% to 15% for all reservations made after March 19, 2020.

Chura Nuhji

Okinawan Kuroge Wagyu beef and market-fresh seafood are the focus of this teppanyaki restaurant, where food preparation is performance as the chef takes his or her place behind the grill.


The all-day dining at this restaurant includes a breakfast buffet with Western and local dishes. Dinner is accompanied by live traditional music. The dining room includes indoor and outdoor seating.
