The 4th Annual Amelia Island Cookout

Where Ocean Views Meet Extraordinary Flavor

With a backdrop of dunes and ocean, enjoy sizzling seafood, grilled and slow roasted meats and vegetables from chefs and pitmasters at the 4th Annual Amelia Island Cookout. Additional curated offerings include mouthwatering desserts, artful cocktails, mocktails and carefully selected wines. Our beautiful barrier island is the perfect setting for those who appreciate the art of preparing and presenting inspired flavors. There are 15 Ritz-Carlton experiences including Fishing With Chefs, Chef Demonstrations, After Glow Parties and live music. Plus, The Amelia Island Cookout extends across the island and into historic Fernandina Beach with collaborative dinners, a bourbon sunset cruise, a cigar and port experience and a Southern-style oyster roast. Tickets are limited so make your reservations earlier.

Cast to Table: A Chef Led Angling Experience

Join one of our distinguished Cookout chefs aboard a private fishing boat for an intimate morning on the water, with no more than three guests per vessel. Enjoy lighthearted competition between boats, and the memory of fishing alongside the culinary talent behind the Cookout. After returning to the resort, gather with all participating chefs for a relaxed, coastal inspired fish fry lunch, celebrating the morning’s catch and the spirit of the Amelia Island Cookout.
