Monday: Flow Yoga
Mindful movement. Athletic, inspiring flows. Deep breaths. Because of the smooth way the poses run together, and the focus on alignment, this is our most popular yoga class. Flow to the latest beats through poses that leave you a little stronger, a little sweatier, and a lot more relaxed than when you came in.
9:30am, Location: Terrace.

Tuesday: Barre + Recovery
Tried and true Exhale barre meets our newest innovation: Recovery. Leave no muscle untouched in this barre workout encompassing our signature approach of sustained holds and micro movements aimed to sculpt and strengthen. Then, bring your workout full circle by slipping into 15 minutes of Recovery combining elements of active stretching, myofascial release therapy, and mindful meditation. Enhance your results, and fuel your wellbeing.

Wednesday: Exhale Barre
Break a sweat, pulse deeper, and burn more. All in one intense, efficient, barre-meets-cardio hour. Spend half the class on your mat with hand weights as you move through rapid cardio intervals. Then hit the barre for muscle-defining micro-moves. You’ll end the hour feeling accomplished and ready to take on anything.

Thursday: Salsa Fit
Do you like to dance? Here is your chance to Move it, Shake it, and Work it. Our upbeat Miami teachers will leave you joyful and drenched in sweat. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to move, sweat, and dance and have a blast doing it.

Strength, meet yoga. We brought our decades of barre knowledge to this yoga practice that will have you pulsing and toning while you flow. It’s the ultimate strength-building, lean-muscle-inducing yoga class that’s as fun as it is effective. Invigorate your mind, focus on your core, connect every muscle, and leave transformed.

Sunday: Hiit30
Don’t hold back. This exhilarating high-intensity interval training class is just non-stop movement. For maximum efficiency, it’s all done in one place: on your mat. Fire it up with high-intensity intervals using weights, core balls, and your own body weight.
11:30am, Location: Studio.
