Experience The Rainforest, a blend of European hydrothermal culture and Middle Eastern bathing rituals, in the Arabian desert. With 16 stations, each enhancing relaxation, guests follow a mapped sequence, cooling off naturally or with the Ice Igloo. Relaxation on a lounger completes the journey. Ladies-only, spa-rty, and private sessions are available. Guests must be 16 years old or older. Set within the 1,235-acre Al Wadi Nature Reserve, this luxury resort offers seamless access to the breathtaking desert and its long-standing traditions. Under the guidance of the Experience Concierge, guests are introduced to falconry, archery, fishing, desert biking, horseback riding, stargazing and other activities via one of the experienced rangers at the Nature Reserve.

Horses and camels have long been a part of Middle Eastern culture, from camel caravans through the desert to elegant Arabian horses. The resort’s equestrian center offers lessons and experiences for guests of all ages and skill levels. Group and private lessons are available for experienced and beginner riders, including children. Spacious paddocks, an arena, and a horse-walking arena are among the facilities for all levels of riders, with ponies on site for our little guests. Maximum 80 kg per person.

Falconry

Witness the majestic beauty of the falcon in an interactive Falcon and Owl show daily, one hour before sunset. Suitable for all ages, the experience explains the importance of falconry in Bedouin culture and history. The show also features the desert eagle owl, barn owl and Harris hawk. Alternatively, join the team for private Falconry lessons to improve your skills with these featured marvels of the sky.
