How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by calling (949) 240-2000 or by requesting a service online. We encourage you to reserve treatments at least one week in advance.

When should I arrive?

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to relax in our lounges, saunas and steam rooms.

Should I shave before a treatment?

Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

Should I wax, shave, laser or use the sauna or steam room before a body scrub or peel?

To achieve the utmost satisfaction and comfort from your service, we ask that you wait at least 8 hours before and after the Spa service to wash, shave or use the sauna or steam room; and wait at least 24 hours before and after a laser treatment. In addition, we recommend that you limit your sun exposure before and after the facial or body peel treatment.

What should I wear during my treatment?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided. Lockers are available for your personal items.

What about my jewelry and valuables?

If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items in the spa facility.

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?

Our Spa reservation department will help you plan the perfect Spa experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.

This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please share your preferences with us. We request that cell phones be turned off in the spa.

What if I have special health considerations?

Please notify our Spa reservation department before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

What if I am pregnant?

While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our Spa reservation agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to enjoy our spa treatments, facilities, and lounge experiences.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you must reschedule or cancel our appointment, please notify The Spa at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 100 percent of the service fee.  A credit card is required at the time you book your treatments.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, as your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied, regardless of late arrivals. 

What about payment for Spa services?

All major credit cards and Marriott Bonvoy gift cards are accepted.  Spa services can also be charged to your hotel bill.  For your convenience, a method of payment is accepted prior to treatments at the time of check-in.  Please present discounts, gift cards or certificates, and gift vouchers at the time services are rendered.  Discounts do not apply to spa packages, promotions, special events, or holidays.

What is Staff Charge?

All prices include a 19% Staff Charge and 3% House Charge. The Staff Charge on spa services is distributed by 16% to the Service Provider and 3% to the Spa Specialists and Spa Attendants; the House Charge on spa services is retained by the Hotel to cover administrative, non-labor costs and is not a tip, gratuity, or service charge for employees. All prices and charges are subject to applicable taxes, currently 8.75%. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion.

What about gratuities?

If you choose, you may leave additional gratuity for your service provider.
