Both our Catering Sales and Meetings & Events teams will take care of your needs from the signing of the contract through the day of the event. You will always be in capable hands at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.

General Information

How much does a wedding cost if held at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis?
The cost depends primarily upon your tastes, preferences, and budget as well as the time of year in which you choose to hold your event. Prime wedding days are usually Saturdays with prime months being April, May, June, September, October, and November. Your best choice for a less expensive wedding would be a Friday outside of the prime wedding months.

Can I also have my ceremony at The Ritz-Carlton?
Absolutely! The Ritz-Carlton can advise the bride of the appropriate space for her ceremony based on her needs and the anticipated number of guests. The additional space for the ceremony will be made available for a fee of $5 per guest based on the final guarantee.

Do you provide special rates for family and friends of the wedding party?
Yes. The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis offers a special rate for blocks of 10 or more rooms per night. This rate varies by date, number of rooms needed, and hotel occupancy.

Are there minimum requirements for a wedding at The Ritz-Carlton?
Yes, a food and beverage minimum is required for all events in our private function rooms. These minimums are based on the event date, the number of guests, and the amount of space requested for the event.

Culinary

Are we allowed to provide our food and beverage for the reception?
The Ritz-Carlton will provide all food and beverage for events that take place in the hotel. The client may provide the wedding cake. However, a cake-cutting fee will apply since the hotel staff will be cutting and serving the cake to the guests.

E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
