- Our loss prevention team is available 24 hours a day should you require assistance (additional coverage may be arranged)
- Two-way radios are available for your use
- Keys to any of your meeting, office, storage or hospitality areas are available (a $250 lost key fee will be charged for any unreturned keys)

- Any specialty electrical services may be arranged and handled by our staff of highly trained technicians.
Golf Concierge
With more than a dozen golf courses in Vail Valley, our knowledgeable Golf Concierge is available to advise groups on the most appropriate venue for a group golf outing.

- Personal liaison to Red Sky Golf Club, where guests of The Ritz-Carlton have preferred tee times on two new 18-hole championship courses
- Upon request, on-site host during tournament play
