Golf Concierge
With more than a dozen golf courses in Vail Valley, our knowledgeable Golf Concierge is available to advise groups on the most appropriate venue for a group golf outing.

VolunTeaming is now offered under The Ritz-Carlton social responsibility program,
Community Footprints. Transcending traditional group activities, VolunTeaming combines teambuilding with volunteer activities that create lasting memories for the participants. Recognizing that many groups want their teambuilding time to make a meaningful contribution, these programs enable guests to be a force for good and feel personally connected to the place that they visit.

Innovative Group Wellness and Spa Services
The Bachelor Gulch Spa at The Ritz-Carlton offers group bookings a full-range of customized wellness, spa and/or fitness programs to create a truly unique and innovative meeting in the mountains. From a quick, fifteen-minute Vitality Breakout Session to a four hour interactive team-building activity, these services will keep participants energized and engaged while also enhancing their Rocky Mountain experience. Services and programs can be tailored to your many group and meeting needs.
Wellness Welcome
As a complimentary service, our Wellness Concierge will extend a warm welcome to your group. This Wellness Welcome can be scheduled after the entire group arrives for a brief orientation to the Rocky Mountains. Our Wellness Concierge will explain how the body naturally adjusts to higher altitudes and will provide tips on Altitude Recovery so that all participants can enjoy their visit to the mountains. Complimentary, 5 to 20 minutes.
Vitality Breakout
Recharge your mind, body and soul for your most productive meeting yet. One of our Certified Fitness Experts will visit your group during a scheduled meeting break to demonstrate optimal stretching and invigorating breathing techniques which promise efficiency and productivity. Complimentary, 5 to 20 minutes.
Smart Café and Spa Break
As an alternative to the usual coffee and pastry buffet, we offer a healthy and revitalizing juice bar with exotic fruit juices, teas, smoothies and shakes. Our culinary team will also create an arrangement of fresh fruit and trail mix snacks. Create a complete “Spa Break” with chair massages, nail services and/or oxygen bar treatments to help increase energy, focus and an overall sense of well-being. Prices vary per each spa services added.
Group Wellness Seminars and Workshops
Our Certified Nutrition and Fitness Experts will conduct a Wellness Workshop on a variety of topics; Wellness & Workplace Productivity, Functional Nutrition, Eat Clean to Stay Lean, and Fitness for the Busy Executive.
Personalized Nutrition Coaching
One of our Certified Nutritionists on staff will meet with participants, individually, to provide tips on healthy eating and food choices and will create a customized nutrition plan based on the guest’s individual goals. $40 for 30-minute session/ $75 for 60-minute session. An additional 20% service fee will apply.
Snowshoe or Hiking Adventures
Discover the beauty and magic of the mountains with this unique group-bonding experience. Guided by one of our Certified Fitness Experts, this snowshoe or hiking adventure is tailored to accommodate differing fitness levels. Participants will enjoy exploring various mountain trails while learning about local wildlife and the history of the surrounding National Forest. Water bottles and healthy snacks are included.
Fitness Training
Fitness training with one of our Certified Fitness Experts is available for groups or individual participants. Group class options include; Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Stability Ball, Boot Camp, or Stretching. Class size may be limited.
Team-Building
Team-building activities are tailored to fit the particular needs of your group and can accommodate sizes of four to forty-eight participants. Programs vary from one to three hours in duration and offer both indoor and outdoor challenges that will test physical ability and focus on problem solving skills and brain teasers. Add a picnic lunch or a catered dinner for an additional charge.
Sample outdoor, team-building activities:
Scavenger Hunt – Participants search for various items along the mountain trails in a timed competition.
Blind Man’s Bluff – Divided into teams, participants will guide a blindfolded team member to a specific destination by the use of words only.
The Centipede Race – Participants are divided into teams of five with their feet are tethered to long planks. Teams must work in unison to move the planks along the course in order to complete the challenge and win the race.
Winter Snowshoe and Sled Challenge – Teams must work together to pull a sled around a predetermined course near the hotel wearing snowshoes.
