The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) offers a public transportation system, including trains and busses, throughout greater Cleveland. RTA's rail system has three lines, the Red Line, the Blue Line and the Green Line. The Red Line starts at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and passes through the main terminal at Tower City Center (the building complex that includes The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland). An RTA walkway extends from Tower City to Quicken Loans Arena (home of the Cleveland Cavaliers). From Tower City, the Windermere line runs south of downtown to University Circle and ends at the Windermere station on Euclid Avenue in East Cleveland. The Blue line goes from Tower City through Cleveland and out Woodland Avenue and Van Aken Boulevard to Warrensville Center Road and Chagrin Boulevard. The Green line goes from Tower City to Shaker Boulevard and Green Road.
The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland, located within Tower City Center, is conveniently accessed without leaving the building from the Red Line, which travels to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) has a consolidated rental car facility located off the airport grounds. Shuttle service is available to take all rental car customers from the main terminal to the rental car facility. The shuttle bus ride from the terminal to the rental car facility takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes. The shuttle busses run continuously from 5:00 a.m. until 12:30 a.m., seven days per week, 365 days per year.
