Our Cleveland event venues can accommodate gatherings large and small, from the intimidate setting of our Private Dining Room to the elaborate Silver Grille at The Higbee Building – ideal for up to 500 guests.

A unique location for events of up to 500 guests, the art-deco Silver Grille in the adjacent Higbee Building is catered exclusively by The Ritz-Carlton.
The Ballroom
The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, complete with the private Prefunction room, is a combination of classic chic and contemporary elegance. Neutral gold tones are offset by blue and rich burgandy, and breathtaking crystal chandeliers provide perfect lighting for any event. Accommodates up to 250 guests. Comprised of Salon I and Salon II, ideal for smaller events.
The Riverview Room
With sweeping views of the Cuyahoga River, as well as the iconic bridges of the city, The Riverview Room's soft gold and beige with rich wood accent pieces create a warm and inviting atmosphere for up to 160 guests.
An excellent room for up to 36 guests, the Pavilion has windows overlooking downtown Cleveland and a partial Lake Erie view.
Accommodating up to 48 guests, the Plaza's windows overlook downtown Cleveland and have partial views of Lake Erie.
With sweeping views of downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie beyond, the Diplomat room is ideal for receptions or meetings of up to 45 guests. A lush carpet in antique brick and lake-blue colors complements the palette visible outdoors.
