Airlangga restaurant is open all day, serving a distinctive blend of international cuisines, prepared in an open kitchen so guests can watch the culinary magic as it happens. Airlangga features Jakarta’s largest buffet offering everything from lavish breakfast spreads to warm, delicious bowls of noodles at dinner.

Food & Fashion week in Airlangga Restaurant will invite you to enjoy enticing French Haute Cuisine prepared by our very own French Chef Cyril Arrouard.

Fashion food such as Paupiette of Veal (Richelieu) with Morels, Beef Fillet in Brioche with Duck Liver, Sauce Perigueux (carving), Mussel and Clams Mariniere and many more will be presented together with project runway fashion shows featuring the latest collections of Bebe, Poppy Karim and Jeffry Tan.
