What is our Grand Ballroom capacity?
For round table maximum of 90 tables of 10 persons, or up to 2,500 persons in standing reception

How long does the guest need to book for the wedding event?
At least 6 months prior to the wedding day

What kind of wedding package do you have?

Guests may choose from our Magic Moments package or The Splendor package

Are the wedding packages including a wedding planner?
No, they are not yet included, however, we may give references on wedding planners to assist in preparing your special day

Do you have a wedding specialist in the hotel?

Yes, we have a wedding specialist in the hotel that can assist the bride & groom to choose the wedding package and give recommendations on floral décor, wedding planners, photographers, wedding cake, and entertainment

Is it possible to have a food tasting before the wedding day?

Yes, it is included in the wedding package. We suggest having a food tasting on the chosen menu 2 months prior to the wedding day

When should the bride and groom finalize the menu, program, and setup?

The hotel will arrange a final meeting with the bride and groom, and all other vendors who take part in the wedding arrangements, at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding day

What is your term of payment?

To confirm the function space, the hotel requires a down payment to be settled within 7 (seven) days after the booking is made. A second deposit of 50% is required to be settled 6 (six) to 3 (three) months prior to the event.
