What is our Grand Ballroom capacity?
For round table maximum of 90 tables of 10 persons, or up to 2,500 persons in standing reception
How long does the guest need to book for the wedding event?
At least 6 months prior to the wedding day
What kind of wedding package do you have?
Guests may choose from our Magic Moments package or The Splendor package
Are the wedding packages including a wedding planner?
No, they are not yet included, however, we may give references on wedding planners to assist in preparing your special day
Do you have a wedding specialist in the hotel?
Yes, we have a wedding specialist in the hotel that can assist the bride & groom to choose the wedding package and give recommendations on floral décor, wedding planners, photographers, wedding cake, and entertainment
Is it possible to have a food tasting before the wedding day?
Yes, it is included in the wedding package. We suggest having a food tasting on the chosen menu 2 months prior to the wedding day
When should the bride and groom finalize the menu, program, and setup?
The hotel will arrange a final meeting with the bride and groom, and all other vendors who take part in the wedding arrangements, at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding day
What is your term of payment?
To confirm the function space, the hotel requires a down payment to be settled within 7 (seven) days after the booking is made. A second deposit of 50% is required to be settled 6 (six) to 3 (three) months prior to the event.

Accommodation
Two (2) rooms for one night stay at Grand Room, including buffet breakfast for two (2) persons per room at Asia Restaurant.
Food & Beverages
Six (6) portions for a simple food testing buffet or a family style dinner.
Twenty (20) meal-box for the wedding committee or organizer on the day of the event.
Refreshments for twenty (20) persons during technical meeting.
Refreshments for twenty (20) persons during Tea Pai, Akad or blessing ceremony.
Champagne fountain glasses for a toast, including two bottles of sparkling ciders.
Welcome drink (equal to buffet order).
Other Benefits
Three (3) function rooms that could be used as a changing room, Tea Pai, Akad or Blessing ceremony, and an organizer preparation room.
Two (2) distinctively designed Ritz-Carlton guest signature books.
Usage of electricity up to ten thousand (10,000) watts.
Four (4) hours usage of self-parking vouchers for ten (10) cars on the wedding or reception day.
Marriott Bonvoy Reward Points.
Minimum revenue is at IDR 100,000,000++. Prices are valid until December 31, 2023, and are subject to change after this date. Prices are subject to 21% applicable service charge and prevailing government taxes.
