The Banyan Tree Party Menu




Thank you for choosing the Banyan Tree to host your event. Please review the following instructions to help tailor your dining experience and insure quality and timeliness of service.

We offer 3 progressive three tier menu options for parties of 13 to 25 people:
Bronze, Silver or Gold

Parties larger than 25 will consult with Chef to design a set menu

Instructions are as follows:

1. Bronze, silver and gold menu selections can be interchanged; pricing will vary with revisions

2. Choose 3 appetizer from Chefs selections

3. Choose 2 first course soup/salad

4. Choose 3 entrée selections

5. Choose 2 dessert selections
a. Special event cakes are available; inquire about pricing

6. Please inform your Event Specialist or Banyan Tree Manager of any dietary restrictions or allergies; even more important than serving great food is serving safe food.

7. Certain menu items are seasonal and subject to change. For example our signature soups are always subject to seasonal change.

8. Please refer to the “Wine pairings” attachment if you are interested in elevating the dining experience.

9. All customized menus will be reviewed and discussed with Event Specialist before menu is approved.

10. Custom table lay outs to be discussed with Event Specialist.
