CHANEL Eno-Versity
Friday, March 12, 2010, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
The exclusive Eno-Versity class will define the parallels between factors influencing the creation of unique fragrances and fine wines. CHANEL will highlight select fragrances and share key pieces of information with guests, helping them to understand their olfactory sense of style. Guests will discover the fragrance that compliments their persona and style based on which individual characteristics and family of aromas they are most attracted to. This will be tied in directly to the similarities of the relationship between a person and their preferred wine style. The nose, or olfactory sense, is the most important tool in not only smelling a wine, but in tasting it. Guests will learn to use this sense to smell and then taste the specific characteristics of each wine.

Enjoy a fun and exciting ocean fishing trip on one of Dana Wharf Sportfishing’s vessels and your catch will benefit the Second Harvest. The experienced, family-oriented crew makes fishing enjoyable and educational. Every skill and experience level is welcome to spend the day angling -- you never know what you will reel in. At the end of the day, your fish are cleaned and donated to Second Harvest, whose mission is to feed a daily nutritional meal to those in need in the local community.
Children must be over age 12 to fish alone; children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent.
$75 per adult/$50 per child (children are 3-12) (Includes live bait and frozen squid, conventional rod rental with tackle pack, one-day California State License, and a food voucher.) This event takes place from 9:30-3 p.m. at The Dana Point Harbor
