RATE RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Rates are subject to airport parking fees, phone charges, toll road charges, and any miscellaneous charges that may be incurred during the course of the job. Additional stops between the airports and the hotel are at a rate of $25 each.
- Administration fees and gratuity are included in flat airport transfers.
- Drivers are currently meeting guests at the arriving flight baggage claim area.
- Rates are direct transfer rates to/from The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel and listed local area airports only and will revert to As-Directed Hourly Rates should the usage of the vehicle vary from a direct transfer or exceed the provided cap time per transfer due to traffic, etc.
- All charges are computed from the time the vehicle leaves The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel until it is returned.
- All rates (other than the Airport Transfer Flat Rates) are subject to the As-Directed Hourly Rates.
- A 4-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all vehicles with the exception of buses. A 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect for buses. Cancellations within that time period or no-shows are subject to the minimum charge.
- 24-hour advance notice is recommended.
