Donna H. – Lead Massage Therapist
Massage has been a part of Donna’s life since the age of 10; however, Donna has been doing massage professionally for 13 yrs. Donna believes massage to be one of the best healing tools. Donna performs scrubs and wraps, but specializes in massage therapy which complements her background is in neuromuscular therapy. Every massage Donna performs is personalized to each guests needs.

Heather C. – Lead Massage Therapist
Heather has always been passionate about healing and wellness, so choosing a career in massage therapy was natural for her. In 1995, Heather received her H.H.P. certification in Sports/ Medical Massage and is a Nationally Certified Therapist. Although Heather enjoys performing all massage treatments on the menu, she has come to specialize in Ashiatsu, a deep massage performed with her feet. But what she loves most about what she does is that every moment of every massage is a meditative blend of art and science and an opportunity for healing.

Lori S. – Massage Therapist
Lori has been a Massage Therapist since 1999. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri and a Master’s of Science Degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM). Lori has always been in tune with her body and has learned the importance of taking care of her body through exercise, nutrition, massage therapy, and acupuncture. Lori’s athletic ability was well recognized at a young age when she began swimming at age three, competing in swimming at age five, and by age 15 she was competing in the US Open. Lori was awarded a full swimming scholarship for NCAA Division I and trained at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Lori has worked with numerous athletes at the collegiate and professional level. Spencer H. – Massage Therapist
Spencer has been a massage therapist for 15 years with The Ritz Carlton, both in Maui and the beautiful Laguna Niguel property. Spencer is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, as well as trained in a variety of techniques. Spencer’s specialties are deep tissue and our Signature Massage, while adding the many different enhancements that we offer. Spencer enjoys combining different massage techniques, therefore to customize the guest’s needs for a very rewarding experience. As a massage therapist, Spencer loves what he does, complimenting his healthy lifestyle. A massage can promote superior physical and emotional well-being.

Meghan K. - Massage Therapist
"In order to heal the planet, we begin with ourselves." Meghan believes that our bodies are self healing mechanisms. Meghan strives to provide an opportunity for the body to heal. She has travelled the globe and learned many modalities including Swedish, shiatsu, aromatherapy, reiki, lomi lomi, sports, deep tissue, Transformational Breath, Somatic respiratory Integration and more. Meghan found her home with The Ritz Carlton Spa in 1995.

Stephanie B. - Massage Therapist
Stephanie has been in Massage Therapy for eight years and has been in The Spa for seven of those years. She is a certified Neuromuscular Therapist, a form of therapy where semi-static pressure is applied to the skin in order to stimulate specific areas of skeletal muscle typically known as myofascial trigger points. Stephanie specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone and Reflexology. She says she loves her profession because it enables her to connect with and help people to focus on what is ailing their body, and sometimes their mind, and help to bring some relief to those aches and pains.

Christine M. – Massage Therapist
Christine has been a certified Massage Therapist since 2003 specializing in Myofacial Trigger Point Therapy, TMJ and Headache Relief. With an additional certification as an Integrative CranioSacral Practitioner, she has a wide range of healing modalities. Christine has helped many golf, softball and tennis athletes over the years, and is proficient and effective working on repetitive motion syndromes with elbow, wrist, and hand pain. She enjoys feeling vital and helping people feel better on a daily basis.

Jill Q. – Massage Therapist
Jill joined The Ritz-Carlton three months after the resort opened in 1984. She describes her massage style as very eclectic, integrating Shiatsu, Trigger point therapy, and Lomi-Lomi with slow Deep tissue and Swedish strokes. When asked what style her massage is, she quotes her regular clients by saying it is a " Jill" massage. She is very passionate for massage and feels her hands move with the music. She admits her massage style is not for everyone and tries to personalize each massage for each person. She enjoys taking continuing education classes at the Esalen Institute, her " home away from home".

Jen-Ryan C. - Massage Therapist
Jen-Ryan believes the healing energy from touch and positive intuition greatly changes lives. Her intention from each session is to inspire guests to embrace their bodies and take care of themselves far beyond the treatment table. She is a CMT, having earned her degree in Wellness and Spa Therapies from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2004. Jen-Ryan's specialties range from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre/Post Natal Massage & Energy Balancing to Aromatherapy Integration, Raindrop Therapy and Trigger Point work. She loves the peacefulness of the ocean and integrates this passion in her vichy water treatments with salt and sugar scrubs as well as hot/cold stone therapy. She began her journey with The Ritz-Carlton, Reynolds Plantation in her home state of Georgia. She transferred to the resort in 2007 to expand her knowledge and passion in this tranquil, beautiful setting. For Jen-Ryan, the connection between the guest and their therapist is a crucial component in achieving ultimate relaxation and balance. She has a great love for skincare and proudly received her esthetics license in May of 2012, making her one of 3 dual therapists in our spa. Her hobbies include running, yoga, writing poetry and discovering new adventures in California. Guests find her personality to be kind, genuine and her work to be confident, thorough and deeply relaxing.

Michael H. - Massage Therapist
Michael has well over 20 years of experience in the art and science of Massage Therapy. Michael’s experience leverages him and makes him uniquely qualified to design each treatment around the specific needs of each individual guest. Michaels goal is to enhance your health, healing and create deep relaxation that will revitalize your steps back into your life. Michael is National Board Certified and trained in a wide variety of deep tissue therapy, hot stone and reflexology. Michael often receives feedback from guests indicating his massage was the best they have ever had. 


Lola C. – Lead Esthetician

Lola is a CIDESCO Diplomate, which is recognized as the worlds most prestigious qualification in the field of beauty therapy. Lola maintains licenses in Esthetics, Massage Therapy and Nail Technology. Lola provides facials with exquisite product application, expert massage techniques and the option of incorporating high tech devices for maximum results is truly her passion. She believes in “walking the talk” by visiting spas throughout the world and utilizing home care for health and wellness. “Take time to partake in spa treatments at least once every season. Follow up with good home care to prolong results,” says Lola.

Sharon P. – Esthetician
A teaching background enables Sharon to incorporate a, "How to," for effective skincare rituals at home for each guest. Sharon is known for her gentle nature and soft spoken voice, these qualities add a tranquil effect to her facial treatments. Sharon has been an esthetician since 2004, " I delight in showing guests the hidden beauty in their skin," says Sharon.


Kim Q. - Aerobics Instructor
After 13 years in the corporate world as CPA, Kim pursued her passion for health and wellness by obtaining a Hatha yoga certification with Jean Cotner, disciple of Indra Devi. Then she became a certified Pilates instructor. Kim has more than nine years of experience in health and wellness, teaching Yoga, Pilates, nutritional and stress management seminars to individuals, corporations, groups. She specializes in beginning yoga students and uses the Iyengar Yoga method of teaching, an innovative style characterized by alignment, precise direction and depth. When Kim is not practicing yoga, she is hiking, biking, golfing and swimming. She is an outdoor fitness enthusiast!

Cynthia N. - Aerobics Instructor
Cynthia took her first yoga class in Hawaii at the age of 16 and has been practicing and studying ever since. Cynthia is a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor and an experienced registered yoga teacher at 500 hrs (E-RTY) with Yoga alliance. Cynthia’s workshops are a mixture of intensity, enthusiasm, humor and hard work. She teaches her students by cultivating mindfulness in each asana and emphasizing proper alignment with strength.

Stephanie H. - Aerobics Instructor
Stephanie received her 200-hour yoga certification through Yoga Works and participates in ongoing Iyengar yoga trainings. Stephanie’s Pilates training is through 24 hour fitness and trains in International Pilates Method. Stephanie also has her group exercise certification through the American Aerobics and Fitness Association and has been teaching group exercise classes for 8 years. Stephanie specializes in Group Exercise, Boot Camp Classes, Yoga and Pilates.

Troyce T. - Aerobics Instructor
Troyce Thome has taught Yoga at Saddleback Community College for the past 18 years. She began her study of Yoga in Kauai, Hawaii in 1969 and has continued her practice of yoga and study with various mentors throughout the United States over the past 40 years. Troyce received her Pilates certification from internationally recognized Pilates Master Ivon Dahl in 2001. Troyce has studied Taijiquan (Tai Chi) extensively throughout the United States and in China. She is a Master Trainer for Dr. Paul Lam, world leader in the field of Tai Chi for health improvement, and for the Arthritis Foundation USA. She has led several Taijiquan Study Tours to China over the past 10 years to study Taijiquan in its birthplace. She currently teaches Yoga, Pilates and Taijiquan at Saddleback College. Troyce is a Master Trainer for Tai Chi for Health, a program designed for people with chronic health conditions.
