The Grill-ed Bacon-Smoked Bloody Mary
House-made bacon-infused vodka mixed with a blend of smoked vegetables. Savor the layers of flavor. The smoky bacon and spicy finish is like no other Bloody Mary.
The Grill-ed Pineapple
The light smoke and molasses of Mount Gay XO Barbados rum are muddled with grilled pineapple and marinated with brown sugar and vanilla. A splash of brandied Marasca cherry juice is added, chilled and served up.
The Grill-ed Pear Margarita
A superb mixture of Anejo Tequila, fresh grilled pears, agave nectar, lime juice and pear nectar. Chilled and served up. The sweet, smoke, and salt rim are a perfect balance.
