With personal service as a trademark of The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, our Meetings and Special Events team is pleased to assist you with the selection of flowers, linens, music, and décor to ensure that you will experience the highest quality and expression of your event.
Complete audiovisual services and equipment are available for rental including projectors, video players and recorders, monitors, cameras, data monitors, screens, audio components, staging, lighting, sound systems and video teleconferencing. Technical support is offered. All arrangements may be made with the professional, in-house Event Technology specialists.
On-site Destination Services team arranges transportation from small VIP shuttle vans to full-sized tour buses; entertainment; décor and themed events. Special off-site programs can be arranged.
