Throughout the month of October, The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage will partake in nation-wide efforts to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. From October 1 through October 31, the resort will incorporate a variety of specialty offerings and touchpoints throughout the property, while providing the opportunity to give back to the cause in creative, meaningful ways.
State Fare Bar + Kitchen will offer The Cure Cocktail and a variety of cupcakes frosted in delicate tones of pink. The Cure Cocktail, a new handcrafted beverage specially created for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, will be available for the month of October. With each purchase of The Cure Cocktail, or the non-alcoholic version, The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage will donate $1 from each beverage to the American Cancer Society. Light and refreshing, The Cure Cocktail will be made with fresh watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, and agave topped with Prosecco, or sparkling water, with a garnish of frozen watermelon and a cucumber slice.

Presenting the best of California for daily breakfast, lunch and supper, as well as Sunday brunch, the restaurant provides a fresh and creative California menu, a lively chefs’ display kitchen, a chef’s table and private dining room. The restaurant is highlighted by a choice of settings from intimate to lively, including a fireplace “snug”, private dining rooms, relaxed fireside patio dining and expansive terraces overlooking gardens and pools.
