Selection of Teas
Vanilla Bean Green A smooth and velvety blend of green tea and vanilla. Sweet and earthy with a strong mellow aroma.
Wild Strawberry A refreshing green tea balanced with sweetness of wild strawberries.
Golden Assam This second flush, large-leaf golden tipped Assam produces a full bodied cup with a deep copper liquor noted for its lively character and distinctly malty flavor. Perfect for breakfast tea or an afternoon pick-me-up.
Thunderbolt Darjeeling Charged with the distinct Darjeeling character, this second flush is named for the region, as Darjeeling literally means Land of the Thunderbolts.
English Breakfast When tea replaced ale as the flavored beverage at the breakfast table, it was an unblended China Keemun that was drunk. Blended true to the origin of English Breakfast, our connoisseur grade is mostly Keemun with just a hint of Ceylon to sweeten.
Decaf English Breakfast A tea blend for those who want a traditional black tea without the caffeine. A state-of-the-art carbon dioxide method eliminates the caffeine without removing the taste.
Irish Breakfast Inspired by tea served with breakfast at an Irish country inn, this cup is a brisk and full flavored blend of Assam and Kenyan black leaves. Best served with a spot of milk to soften the astringency. As the saying goes, If you can stand your spoon up in it, then that’s a good cuppa!
Mélange de Madeline An elegant afternoon blend in the French tradition to infuse your day with a moment of luxury and calm. Close your eyes and inhale the uplifting aroma of lavender that floats from this steaming cup
Decaf Earl Grey Round in the cup with delicate citrus bergamot aroma. CO2 decaf process is used to maintain integrity of this perfumed tea.
Imperial Earl Grey Strong enough for an Earl but refined enough for his Lady, this connoisseur-grade Earl Grey blends Ceylon, India and China estate teas with just a hint of Bergamot.
Chocolat An unusual tea blended exclusively for chocolate lovers. Drink it after eight when no one is looking.
Eros Sweet Mandarin orange and warm vanilla passionately embrace medium bodied Ceylon tea leaves in this sensory delight.
Shanghai Rose An exotic blend of black tea leaves, infused with the sweet and sultry flavors of Lychee and Rose. Best drunk on a hot night after the sun goes down.
Vanilla Bean A full bodied black tea infused with the rich and smooth flavor of the vanilla bean.
Lapsang Souchong The famous pine-smoked tea from the Wuyi mountains of China’s Fujian province is made in the age-old tradition of slowly smoking the leaves over a pine needle fire. The smoky flavor, which is sometimes described as tarry, is a wonderful accompaniment to savory dishes and is especially suitable to sip around the campfire, but is not for the faint of heart.
Chamomile Flowers (from Egypt) A tranquil and calming herbal infusion of sweet and fragrant chamomile blossoms. Mild and sweet. Only the best Chamomile flowers, harvested from the fertile plains of the Nile valley in Egypt are used in this tea.
Organic Peppermint Leaves Stimulating and refreshing, a pot of peppermint doubles as an aromatherapy session. An invigorating herbal infusion, fresh and rich in mint oils, with an amazing minty and uplifting aroma. A perfect calming tea for an upset stomach.
Vanilla Rooibos Vanilla bean sweetens this Rooibos, producing a round, full cup which is ideal with a spot of milk

Roederer Estate, Sparkling Wine, Anderson Valley, NV By the glass or bottle Roederer Estate Brut, the first California sparkling wine produced by Louis Roederer Champagne, builds upon a 200 year tradition of fine winemaking that has made Louis Roederer Champagne some of the most sought-after in the world. This sparkling wine is crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavors. It is fresh and lightly fruity with great finesse and depth of flavor.
Pouilly-Fumé, Baron de Ladoucette, Loire, 2005 By the glass or bottle Purchased by the Comte Lafond family, an ancestor of the current owner, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette, Château du Nozet and its surrounding vineyards have a reputation for producing the finest Pouilly-Fumé. It has an exceptional full range of floral, exotic and citrus fruit aromas such as white blossoms, white nettles and grapefruit. The palate is pleasant and lively, tempered by a fruity roundness with notes of pear, green apples and citrus fruits, which boost the mineral and stony hardness of gunflint. The finish brings to mind a pleasant lemony freshness.
Meerlust, Chardonnay, Stellenbosch, South Africa, 2007 By the glass or bottle Long recognized for producing world-class wines, Meerlust Estate has been the pride of the Myburgh family since 1756. Today, the traditional dedication to the art of winemaking continues under the guidance of Hannes Myburgh, eighth generation custodian of this seventeenth-century national monument. A complex nose with citrus fruit, green apple and cream flavors which becomes creamy and nutty with a delicious bouquet of marzipan and oatmeal. On the palate the wine is full bodied and generous, but still balanced by crispy acidity. There is ripe tropical fruit and creaminess balanced by a pure minerality typical of the variety.
