José Andrés’ America Eats Tavern is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a stylish setting. The restaurant’s menu features traditional and innovative American fare as well as a comprehensive American wine and beer list and creative cocktails.
Chef José Andrés is a James Beard Award-winning chef who has lived in Washington, D.C. for more than 20 years, though originally from Spain. He has been named to Time magazine’s 100 influential people, and is recognized and awarded by peers and press for his culinary excellence and innovation.
America Eats Tavern will be participating in Washington, D.C.'s Winter Restaurant Week from January 19 through February 1, 2015.
