Chocolate Decadence Buffet

This Valentine’s Day, enjoy the sinfully delightful Chocolate Decadence Buffet. Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Mangione will transform the Lobby Café at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. into a haven for chocolate connoisseurs with candy, cakes and tarts galore.

A chocoholic’s dream come true, Chocolate Decadence displays a myriad of cocoa-themed sweets, starting with an amuse bouche trio of hot chocolate from France, Mexico, and Africa. The all-you-can eat chocolate buffet also includes strawberry and Swiss chocolate fountains, chocolate waffles, crepes, cookies, flavored truffles, fudge, flan, cheesecake, chocolate peppermint yule logs, panna cotta, and a modern brownie sundae, just to name a few. Adding to the bliss, the Lobby Café’s “Champagne Sommelier” will be available for guests who might fancy a flight of champagne.

The Chocolate Decadence Buffet and Champagne Flights are available Friday, February 10th, Saturday, February 11th, Tuesday, February 14th and Wednesday, February 15th from 8 to 11 p.m. The buffet is priced at $35 per person, all you can eat.
