“The inspiration for our main scenography event comes from our bounty of amazing Canadian ingredients and variety of gastronomic cultures. One of these is our world renowned Grade A maple syrup whose producers are featured in an interactive, fun and exciting way. Like how the First Nations people in both Ontario and Quebec have historically done, our Chef cooks it down to the perfect maple caramel texture in front of our guests, then rolls it on a bed of ice to create a unique house-made maple taffy lollipop”
