Around the world, Eric Ripert is synonymous with culinary excellence, lending his expertise to the signature restaurant at this Grand Cayman resort. The Caribbean’s only AAA Five Diamond restaurant specializes in tasting menus that highlight local seafood and offers an impressive wine list with more than 700 fine wines from around the world. The restaurant also has two private dining rooms to host up to 40 guests.

Kindly note that the last dinner at Blue by Eric Ripert for the season will be on Saturday, September 1st, 2018. Blue by Eric Ripert will be closed from Sunday, September 2nd, and will re-open on Thursday, November 15th.
