Meeting and Event Management

A team of meeting professionals will be there at every stage, from initial conception to final wrap-up. These include a Conference Concierge assigned to each group to ensure that planners have all the information and resources needed to create a memorable gathering. Planners also have access to a creative and resourceful audio-visual team. A staffed Business Center, 24-hour administrative resources and express check-in and departure ensure the experience is seamless.

Blue Iguana Conmservation Tour

After a short informational session to learn about this fascinating creature, join us in walking to its nest areas and helping to ensure its safety.

Mangrove Restoration

Plant your own mangrove and help regenerate this bizarre natural jungle gym that provides the perfect nursery for many reef creatures and marine birds.

Local School Program

Participate in educational sessions; help assembling lunch boxes, back-to school backpacks or emergency kits, and / or design greetings and birthday cards for children. Whichever you choose, you will be making a difference in our community and supporting local charities.

Additionally, Signature Impact Experiences invite our group guests to take part in an off-site volunteer activity, unique to the destination.

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman’s Destination Services department is a full service Destination Management Company (DMC) that extends the luxury services and exceptional products of The Ritz-Carlton throughout Grand Cayman. Our local and knowledgeable staff are available to provide information about The Ritz-Carlton and the Cayman Islands that will enable you and your guests to experience the best of Grand Cayman. Destination Services coordinate and operate airport transportation, elite airport services, land-based excursions, water sports and tours, duty free shopping tours, community givebacks, and full service off-resort dinner coordination including customized menu design, entertainment, décor and audio visual. As a department of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, all Destination Services activities will be conveniently incorporated into your internal billing with the resort.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
