The Urban Cultivator – a self-contained interior greenhouse recently installed on the penthouse level – grows organic micro-greens including kale, broccoli, cilantro, and arugula, among more. Ladies and Gentlemen at The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte prepare fresh culinary creations with the greens in the Lobby Lounge, Bar Cocoa, and The Punch Room.
