Executive Chef Dieter Guenter Greigeritsch is set to create a sensory experience based on his own culinary philosophy: “Globally inspired and locally created,” a process that begins with premium ingredients, sourcing the best of what is available locally and seasonally, and focusing on quality and flavor. Restaurant Manager Jeremy Martins and all the Ladies and Gentlemen are ready to welcome diners back to create Ritz-Carlton memories.

Located on the second floor, Flavorz, the newly redesigned all-day dining restaurant, offers innovative culinary delights amid a modern, stylish and elegant setting. Using rich elements of stone and wood, the design and decoration of brand-new Flavorz are inspired by the hotel’s Scenography, Oasis of Luxury, which aims to create a sense of tranquility in this vibrant city in South China. A private room is available for special occasions and celebrations. Built around an authentic market concept, the restaurant features live cooking stations including Chinese and Western barbecues, noodles and dim sum, sushi and sashimi, pastries, bakeries and desserts. The open kitchens showcase seasonal, fresh products and chefs at work. In addition, a wide beverage selection is also available, including Old and New World wines from renowned vineyards.

The seafood station is among the most popular choices in the restaurant. It provides the best the sea has to offer with scrumptious varieties of imported oysters, prawns, crabs, scallops, sea snails and more on the list. Take a bite of the sea and let your taste buds dive into the refreshing delicacies delivered directly from renowned producers in Australia, New Zealand, Norway as well as Japan.
