August 19, 2017 - Broaden your knowledge on gin, the spirit often referred to as the first flavored vodka. Connect with our chefs on what foods pair best with gins based on the botanicals infused into each gin recipe.

September 16, 2017 - We are partnering with a local brewery for a special series. Connect with our chefs and Broken Strings Head Brewer, Charles Frizzell, to learn how this local brewery makes their craft beer come to life, how to use it as a featured ingredient in dishes and what menu items pair best with different beers. The class will feature signature and seasonal offerings such as Liquid Vinyl Black IPA, Penny Layne Strawberry Blonde and Purple Mane Pale Ale.
