Join the chefs and bartenders of Highball & Harvest on the third Saturday of every month to learn the tried and true methods of old-fashioned, southern-style home cooking and how to pair it with hand-crafted cocktails.

July 15, 2017 - Expand your knowledge of bourbon and its history while also learning how to infuse it into classic recipes. The class will highlight our Single Barrel Knob Creek, selected by our bar team and bottled exclusively for The Ritz Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes.

Independence Day at Highball & Harvest
