Maximum of 250 tables for round table of 10 persons or up to 10,000 persons for standing reception.

How long does the guest need to book for wedding event?

At least six months prior to the wedding day.

What kind of wedding packages do you have?
Guests may choose from our Pacific Chinese or Pacific Mesmerize Packages.

Do the wedding packages include a wedding planner?

No, they are not yet included, however we may give references on wedding planners to assist preparing your special day.

Do you have wedding specialist in the hotel?
Yes, we have wedding specialist in the hotel that can assist the bride and groom to choose the wedding package and give recommendations on floral décor, wedding planners, photographers, wedding cake and entertainment.

Is it possible to have food tasting before the wedding day?
Yes, it is included in the wedding package. We suggest to have food tasting on the chosen menu two months prior the wedding day.

When should the bride and groom finalize the menu, program and set up?
The hotel will arrange a final meeting with the bride and groom, and all other vendors who take in part on the wedding arrangements, at least two weeks prior the wedding day.

What is your term of payment?

To confirm the function space, the hotel requires a down payment to be settled within seven days after the booking made. Second deposit of 50% from the total minimum revenue is required to be settled six to three months prior to the event. Final payment should be settled at least two weeks prior to the event.
