Launching a new winter menu, our chef is presenting the New Chilean Cuisine concept, based in the artisanal producers, promote organic products, respect seasonal ingredients and use responsible fishing to create an unforgettable culinary experience. Showing delicious dishes such as artichoque and parmesan risotto, octopus, confied quail with potaotes from Chiloé Island or our signature dish Chilean abalone mixed with fresh cucumber salad, avocado puree, lemon caviar, and green chili emulsion for the spicy sensation.
Every Sunday we offer a unique brunch buffet style, with an unforgettable experience. Eggs benedict, waffles or omelette are part of our warm welcome. Fresh orange juice or sparkling wine mimosa (free flow) coffee or tea included.
