Ramadan

As the Holy Month of Ramadan begins, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal presents a distinguished collection of experiences celebrating tradition, togetherness, and generosity. From lavish iftars and serene suhoors at the award-winning Giornotte and Mijana to elegantly curated indoor and outdoor venues for private gatherings, complemented by a bespoke Turkish Ramadan bazar for gifting, guests are invited to embrace the spirit of the season in a truly meaningful way.

Giornotte

Throughout Ramadan, Giornotte showcases generosity and culinary heritage with a vibrant iftar buffet of Middle Eastern and Emirati favourites, Ramadan classics, and international specialities. Live cooking stations and the soft notes of the Qanun set the mood, indoors or on the lush garden terrace. Iftar Buffet: AED 360 per person; AED 180 per child (6–11). Daily, sunset–10pm.

Mijana

Celebrated by the MICHELIN Guide for authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, Mijana offers a refined Ramadan journey where tradition meets elegance. Guests break their fast with a curated iftar set menu of rich regional flavours, accompanied by live Oud. As night falls, an à la carte suhoor is served under the stars with Oud and Qanun. Iftar: AED 210. Daily, sunset–9pm. Suhoor: 9pm–2am.

The Turkish Market

During the Holy Month, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal presents a refined Turkish Market. Conceptually developed by 700DCC, the month-long pop-up showcases Istanbul’s finest handmade treasures, from glass and ceramics to carpets and artisan gifts. Paired with traditional flavours from Giornotte, the experience blends culture, craftsmanship, and hospitality. Daily, sunset–9pm.
