A Budding Pastry Chef!
Priscilla found out that a Club Lounge VIP, Stephanie Dzialo, and her family, were returning to stay at the hotel after two years. Before they arrived, Priscilla put a picture of Stephanie and Chef Kyung in a frame and placed it in the guests’ room. The photo was from their last stay (two years before), when Stephanie had asked Chef Kyung to try using her own recipe for Strawberry Rhubarb pie. Without hesitation, Chef Kyung baked the pie following her recipe and the family excitedly confirmed that “Kyung has passed the taste test.” She then took the baked pie back home with her!
On her recent visit, she wanted to have a tour of the kitchen and to go see her favorite Chef, Kyung. Arisa from Guest Relations made sure her wish came true and gave her a tour of the entire kitchen. Stephanie was able to see Kyung again and take another photo with him! She enjoyed the lovely tour and her passion for baking was inspired even more! She and her mom were very thankful to the whole staff and wrote the thank you letter shown in the photo below!
