• Cancellation
  
  • In the event that you are unable to keep your reservation at our downtown hotel, cancellations are permitted 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax fee. 
• Pet Policy
  
  • Well-mannered, disease-free dogs are welcome at our pet friendly hotel in Cleveland.
  • There is a $150 USD nonrefundable pet fee per stay. This fee will be charged to your account prior to checkout to cover the cost of deep-cleaning the room.
  • There is a 50 lb. weight limit for dogs. Two pets maximum per room.
  • Pets must be leashed and accompanied by the owner or held in arms in all common areas of the pet friendly hotel. 
  • Hotel Restaurant and Lounge are reserved for owners only, with the exception of service dogs.
  • For the safety and comfort of your pet, housekeeping will enter the room only if: a) your pet is not present, or (b) you are present and your pet is leashed or caged.

  • The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is a non-smoking hotel. A minimum fee of $250 USD will be assessed for smoking in a guest room.
