Arnoldi spent years leading kitchens in the US and London, and now heads the culinary operations at the hotel. He has a global approach to cooking and worked with visiting chefs from The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya to design the hotel’s kosher menus.

Before coming to the hotel, Cline made his own name in the Cleveland culinary scene. Raised on his grandmother’s fresh garden produce, the self-taught chef collaborated with Arnoldi to conceptualize, design and develop the hotel’s kosher kitchen.
DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL CATERING
An expert in Jewish cultural traditions and rituals, David owned and operated his own kosher catering business for 17 years. He has led the hotel’s social catering department as director for the last 20 years.

Theresa’s experience in planning luxury events and celebrations brought her to the hotel nearly 20 years ago. She played a vital role in the launch of the kosher kitchen and its opening events.
