Upholding and honoring tradition have long been part of The Ritz-Carlton, and the kosher event experience at this Cleveland hotel is a shining example. Arnoldi spent years leading kitchens in the US and London, and now heads the culinary operations at the hotel. He has a global approach to cooking and worked with visiting chefs from The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya to design the hotel’s kosher menus.
An expert in Jewish cultural traditions and rituals, David owned and operated his own kosher catering business for 17 years. He has led the hotel’s social catering department as director for the last 20 years.
My event is not kosher. Can I still offer kosher meals to some of my guests?
Yes, kosher alternatives for observant guests can be prepared prior to the event and are served sealed and with kosher dinnerware.
What about kosher observant guests with special dietary needs?
Our chefs are able to create a wide selection of kosher dishes to meet specific dietary needs. Options can be discussed with your hotel event planner.
How many guests can you host for a kosher event?
We can accommodate up to 300 in The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom; 230 with a dance floor. The Silver Grille in the adjacent Higbee Building can host up to 375 guests.
