-- This year’s Mother’s Day Brunch at Fearing’s will feature three special courses of Chef Dean Fearing’s Bold Flavors-No Borders cuisine, along with two added spa treats especially for moms in attendance.

The May 13 celebration is set to feature main course selections of Georges Banks Sea Scallops with Herb Gnocchi and English Peas, West Texas Mopped Filet Mignon and Petit Lobster Omelet, Ancient Grain-Crusted Nova Scotia Halibut, and Wood-Grilled Grass-Fed Lamb Chops. Dessert will be an irresistible Strawberry Shortcake Bar with White Chocolate Mousse, Vanilla Chantilly Cream, Strawberry Jam and Pistachio Crunch

Mothers will enjoy not only a flavorful prix fixe brunch menu but also a personal spa gift and a savings certificate applicable to the purchase of a future treatment at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dallas.
