The spa is located on the resort pool level. The primary entrance to the spa is located on the lobby level next to the fitness center. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a guest intake form and prepare for your services. 

The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay Fitness offers a variety of classes at different times throughout the week. We kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes before the start time of any class to ensure a smooth check-in and to be ready to begin on time.

We kindly ask for 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your spa reservation to avoid a 100% charge for the service. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment times. Additionally, an additional 22% service charge and Hawaii tax will be added to all services.
