Soto Pesmol is one of our Signature dishes in our Indonesian Restaurant, Bejana. It has a very delicate taste combining the flavors of the freshest seafood and authentic Indonesian spices.

Mix seafood with chicken stock and Pesmol paste, and then add coconut milk, Kevir Lime leaf and Lemon grass to get the fresh taste. The authentic Pesmol paste as the main ingredient is made from the Indonesian spices.
