The Malay people have a long and honored tradition of healing therapies. In this couple’s spa experience, the gentleman will be treated like the Malay warrior, Hang Tuah, while the lady will be treated like the much-loved princess, Tun Teja.

Meaning a blending of varieties in Malay, this treatment combines the best of Thai and Malay techniques while using touch, tone and aromatherapy to provide the ultimate spa experience.
Sensory Sound Bath
This one-of-a-kind combination of traditional healing practices uses a full body deep tissue massage combined with hot stones, followed by an Indian head massage that focuses on the marma points. The experience comes to a close with a 10-minute Sound Bath leaving you feeling rejuvenated.
Can spa services be enjoyed by more than one person at a time?
- Yes, certain spa services can be enjoyed by more than one person at a time like our Couples Spa Experience.
Do you sell gift certificates?
- Yes, we do. Gift certificates are available at the spa or via phone at +60 18 623 0039.
How long do massage therapies typically last?
- Two options for massage therapies are available - 50 minutes and 80 minutes.
Can I add a service to my treatment?
- Yes, all treatments are customizable. Package prices may change depending on whether treatments are added or removed.
How many treatment suites does the spa have?
- We have eight treatment suites in total. Six of them feature twin beds and the other two feature single beds. Also, we have an outdoor cabana, which has three beds.
What other facilities are available in the spa?
- Others facilities provided at the Spa Village Kuala Lumpur include a plunge pool, soaking tub and swimming pool.
Can we smoke in the spa or at the swimming pool? How about cell phones?
- The Spa Village Kuala Lumpur is a non-smoking facility. Also, as a courtesy to other guests, we request that all cell phones and pagers be turned off while you enjoy the spa’s facilities.
How do I cancel or change my treatment appointment?
- As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we would appreciate an advance notice of at least four hours should you decide to cancel or change your treatment time. The full treatment amount will be charged for any cancellation without prior notice.
What forms of payment does the spa accept?
- The spa accepts payment by credit card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX / Diner’s Club) or cash.
Can I bring my children along with me during my spa treatment?
- The Spa Village welcomes guests above 16 years old.
Do you offer any spa cuisine?
- The Spa Village Kuala Lumpur does not offer any spa cuisine. However, food can be ordered through our In-Room Dining menu.
Where can I take a shower after treatment?
- To ensure our guests’ privacy and convenience, each treatment suite is furnished with an outdoor shower area and toilet.
