SOTANO CELLAR

At Humo, requesting a bottle of wine is met with an invitation. In the restaurant’s Sotano Cellar, guests have the opportunity to make their own selection from the 1,000-bottle, 450-label collection focused on wines from Mexico, the US, Argentina, France, Italy and Spain. The classically designed cellar also hosts tastings, dinners and classes focused on Mexican wines.
