Minimum Age

Guests of The Spa and Fitness Center must be at least 18 years of age.

Late Arrival

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

Cancellation

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and traveler's checks. You may also charge Spa services to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments, upon request.

Gratuities

With your permission, a 20% service charge will be added for each spa service you receive. If services were satisfactory, please feel free to leave an additional gratuity that will be distributed to the Spa staff who served you during your visit.

Are Gift Certificates available from The Spa?

Absolutely. You may purchase Spa Gift Certificates for a specific dollar amount or for particular services. The Spa Gift Certificates can be used toward services or toward purchases in our Spa Boutique.

How can I make a reservation?

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?

Our Spa Reservation Department will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments.

When should I arrive?

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 25 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to relax in our lounges, saunas, steam rooms and whirlpool.

What about my jewelry and valuables?

If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items in the spa facility.

Should I shave before a treatment?

Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

What should I wear during my treatment?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, robes and slippers are provided in lockers in the men's and women's lounges.

What about my comfort?

This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomforts or preferences. We request that cell phones and pagers be turned off in The Spa.

What if I have special health considerations?

Please notify our Spa Reservation Department before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

What if I am pregnant?

While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our Spa Desk Agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.

Body Definition

An intense total body workout designed to define and tone every muscle. Improves muscular strength and endurance.

Boot Camp Workout

A no-nonsense workout with cardio drills and strength building exercises for a challenging, sports training experience. Reach your fitness goals and be prepared to sweat in this high-energy, high-intensity class.

Circuit Mat Pilates

A fun workout that focuses on strength, precision, and flow of movement. Students will learn proper breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the core muscles.

Core Explosion

Improve your core strength balance and posture. A focused workout with cutting edge abdominal and lower back exercises.

Hatha/Iyengar Yoga

A strong and fundamental approach to the yoga practice, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones with a focus on correct postures and technique. Some classes may include the use of props to assist posture properly.

Ride, Abs & Stretch

Target training for the mid-body. This class will firm and tighten while improving your posture, torso, flexibility and overall abdominals. Studio setting with cycle bike activity.

Studio Cycling

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focuses on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.

Sun Salutation Yoga

Begin your morning with a peaceful sunrise and breathtaking views with an ancient sequence that awakens the body, mind and soul.

NEW Fitness On Demand™

A smart fitness kiosk that provides world-class fitness programming on-demand. Browse hundreds of fitness classes–sorted by type, difficulty level or length to find the perfect class to fit your schedule and goals. All guests are welcome to take the classes during free time when we have no live instructor classes programmed.

*All Classes 50 Minutes Duration. Class instructor subject to change. Appropriate fitness attire required. Hotel Guests aged 16 or older are welcome (16-17 must be accompanied with an adult). Please arrive 10-minutes prior to class start time, as space is limited. To minimize disruption, doors will close 5 minutes after class begins. Fitness Studio is located inside the 24 hour fitness center on the lobby level of the resort. Grand Lawn classes will meet at Fitness Center Reception Desk. Outdoor classes are weather permitting.
