Key Biscayne remained largely undeveloped until 1947, when the Rickenbacker Causeway was built to connect the island to Miami. Years later, the US's southernmost barrier island is easily accessible but remains quietly tranquil and secluded. Set amid this upscale enclave is The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami. The only luxury hotel on the bay, it sits just 20 minutes south of Miami Beach and near Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, Jungle Island and other attractions.

The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami will be revitalizing our North Pool this summer. Our South Pool will remain open and while our North Pool is getting a face lift from May 28-August 9, guests will have exclusive access to The Grand Bay Club Pool just beside the resort. This pool will be maintained and serviced by our resort and all amenities, including food and beverage service, will be available at both pools. The Grand Bay Club Pool, which lies steps away from the resort, is accessible via a short walking path from Dune Burgers on the Beach or the resort’s beach. Thank you for your understanding while we refresh and rejuvenate the North Pool.
