Juan Pablo, Chef de Cuisine
Chef de la Sota Riva comes to The Ritz-Carlton, Naples from The Ritz-Carlton Cancun, where he was Cuisine Chef of the Club Grill restaurant. He began there in 2010, and in 2011, had an internship at Akelarre restaurant with Chef Pedro Subijana in San Sebastian, Spain. Prior to joining the Ritz-Carlton family, he worked as the Executive Chef at Terráneo restaurant, in La Vendimia restaurant in Cancun, in Le Cirque restaurant in Mexico City and on Royal Caribbean’s Galaxy Cruise.
Chef Juan Pablo De La Sota Riva is an accomplished chef, receiving his diploma from the Mexican Culinary Center Ambrosia in 2003 in Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts and Haute Mexican Cuisine.
