For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.

Prior to Arrival

When should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure, and the full value of your treatment will be charged.

What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, you may wear whatever makes you comfortable. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided before and after your treatment.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items in the Massage and Fitness Center.

Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
Our fitness attendants can help you plan the perfect massage, including the best order for your treatments.  

Massage and Fitness Center Policies

What is the cancellation policy?
Guests will have up to six hours before their scheduled treatment time to cancel / change without a cancellation fee. Guests that cancel within six hours of their reservation will be charged 50% of their total treatment price. Guests that do not arrive for their scheduled reservation and do not contact the spa by the end of the business day will be charged 100% of their total treatment reservation.

What about gratuities?
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to each service you receive. You may choose to leave an additional gratuity at your discretion.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy massage services.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

What about payment for spa services?
We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge massage services to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments, upon request.

Are gift certificates available from the spa?
You may purchase gift certificates for a specific dollar amount to be used towards massage services. Gift certificates are available here.  

Upon Arrival

What about my comfort?
This is your time, and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomforts or preferences. We request that cell phones and pagers be turned off in the Massage and Fitness Center.

What if I have gender preferences?
If you prefer a male or female therapist, please make your request when scheduling your appointment.

Health Questions

What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our fitness attendants if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our fitness attendants before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.
