How can I make a reservation?

Can you help me select a treatment?
Our talented spa professionals can assist in recommending you a treatment based on your needs and desired outcomes.

What information should I provide when making a reservation?
At time of reservation, please inform the Reservation Agent of the following:

  • Allergies or medical conditions including pregnancy
  • If you have a gender preference for your Service Provider
  • If you have a request for a specific Service Provider
  • If you are celebrating any special occasions
  • You must provide a valid credit card number with expiration date at time of booking.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to enjoy the lounges, saunas and steam rooms. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed.

May I shave before my treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services. Shaving is recommended, but not necessary for men prior to a facial. 

Are there treatments available for mothers-to-be?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our spa reservation agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.

What should I wear during my treatment?
During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided before treatments. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, but please wear whatever is comfortable for you.

Where can I store my valuables during my treatment?
Our separate locker facilities are available for guests who will receive treatments at the spa; however, it is recommended that you leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room or at home.

What about my comfort?
Your spa experience is your time, and you should delight in it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please notify your therapist immediately.

May I use my cellphone at the spa?
To protect the privacy of our guests and to preserve the guest experience, use of cell phones, electronic devices and cameras are prohibited in the spa. Cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off or left in the guest’s locker.

Do you have to be a certain age to enjoy spa treatments?
You must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy the spa relaxation and locker areas.Massages and facials cannot be performed on anyone under the age of 18.

May I bring food or beverages to the spa?
Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or alcohol into the spa. A guest who appears intoxicated will be denied access to the spa.

How can I pay for the spa services?
We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge services to your hotel bill.For your convenience, a 22% service charge will be added to each spa service. This includes gratuities disbursed to the spa staff members who serve you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion. Prices and services are subject to change.

Are there gift cards available?
Gift Cards are available for purchase at The Ritz-Carlton Spa. You may purchase gift cards from the spa starting at $25.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full-service fee. Any appointments rescheduled within the twenty-four (24) hour window will incur a move fee of $25. Cancellations of packages or private parties require one week’s notice.

What if I have special health concerns?
When making reservations, please notify the agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant (there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, but we offer treatments that can be enjoyed or will work with you to tailor a specific a treatment).
