    Fitness at the Ready

    During your stay, your workout regimen can stay on track. Guests get round-the-clock access to the Fitness Center, where they’ll find the latest in cardiovascular and resistance training, including all-new Technogym equipment and Peloton bikes with state-of-the-art features. Personal training sessions are available upon request. Children must be over the age of 18 to use the Fitness Center.

    What time should I arrive?
    Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to enjoy the lounges, saunas, and steam rooms. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed.

    Are gratuities included in the price of the treatment?
    To provide a seamless experience for our guests, a 22% service charge, will be added to each service. This includes gratuities disbursed to the spa staff member who serves you during your visit.

    Is there a minimum age for guests wishing to enjoy spa services?
    Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy spa services.

    What is the cancellation policy?
    A minimum 24-hour notice must be given to cancel any reserved appointment.

    What happens if I arrive late for my spa/salon appointment?
    As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end on time, regardless of the start time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

    May I shave before my treatment?
    Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services. Shaving is recommended, but not necessary for men prior to a facial.

    Are there treatments available for mothers-to-be?
    While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our spa reservation agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
