For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.

Who can help me choose the right treatment for me?
Our Spa reception will help you plan the perfect Spa experience. Unique Spa combinations are specially designed to offer you a selection of our most popular treatments.

Should men shave before a facial?
Shaving isn’t necessary but it’s recommended. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial than be sure to do so at least 2-3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

When should I arrive?

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. That will allow you to experience the luxury of our Steam and Sauna rooms.

What about my jewelry and valuables??

Please leave such items in the safe in your hotel room. There are lockers available for your personal items in the Spa facility and also safe box at the Spa reception.

What do I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, wear what is comfortable to you. All of our therapists are trained to drape towels discreetly over any areas of the body not involved with the treatment and protect your privacy at all times. Disposable undergarments are also available at the Spa.

Is there minimum age?
All Spa guests over the age of 16, are welcome. An adult must accompany guests under the age of 16 throughout the Club areas. Restricted areas apply for Spa guest only.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The full cost of the treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule your appointment, please notify us four hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties require 24 hours notice.

What about payment for the Spa service?
We accept all major credit cards, traveler’s checks or cash.
You may also charge Spa services to your hotel bill or membership account if applicable. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments.

What about gratuities?
Gratuities are not included in the Spa treatment’s price. They are a matter of personal discretion.

What about my comfort?
This is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or the volume of the music. Please notify us of any discomfort preferences.

May I request a male or female therapist for the treatments?

As per the country law, you therapist will be of the same gender.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa reception before booking your treatment if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, let us know in advance. You will be asked to complete a full medical questionnaire prior to your treatment.

What if I am pregnant?

While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed.  If you are pregnant, please notify our Spa desk agent when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
