Swimming Pool
Children aged 4 to 15 years old must be accompanied by their parent(s). Children under 4 years old are not allowed to use the pool.
Swim caps are required when entering the pool. (Rental available for free)
We may restrict the number of people depending on the congestion situation of the facility.
The use of pool toys (such as floats and balls), fins, etc is prohibited.
Arm helpers are available for a fee.
Please refrain from bringing food or drinks to the poolside.
Use is prohibited under the influence of alcohol for safety reasons.
Fitness Center
Children under 16 years old are not allowed to use the fitness center.
We may restrict the number of people depending on the congestion situation of the facility.
For safety reasons, please wear shoes and clothes when using the fitness center.
There are no staff members on duty between 22:00 and 6:30. If you need assistance, please contact us using the telephone in the fitness center.
Spa Treatment
Children under 16 years old are not allowed to use the spa treatment.
Use is prohibited under the influence of alcohol.
For a better treatment effect, we recommend relaxing in the saunas or hot tub before the treatment. (*Day-spa guests are not allowed to use the facilities.)
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in the consultation form before the treatment.
Cancellations made after 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations made after 12 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Please note that the treatment time will be shortened if you arrive late.
Please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, injuries, etc at the time of your spa appointment.
We may refuse your appointment depending on your physical condition.
We offer special treatments for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers. Please feel free to consult us so that we can help you choose the best treatment for you.
Sauna
Children under 16 years old are not allowed to use the saunas.
There are dry and steam saunas on the pool side.
Please wear a bathing suit as this is a mixed-gender facility.
Changing Room
There is a hot tub in both ladies’ and gentlemen’s changing rooms. Please wear a bathing suit when using it.
According to Kyoto prefectural regulations, children are allowed to enter the opposite sex’s changing room until the age of 6.
Important Notes
Our spa provides a relaxing and tranquil space. To respect the privacy of all guests using the spa and to maintain a comfortable space, we ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos and talking on your mobile phone in all the facilities.
All the facilities in the hotel, including the spa, are non-smoking.
The hotel is not responsible for any loss of valuables or jewelry within the spa.
