How do I make an appointment?
Appointments are available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The reception desk operates from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. appointments for services will be reserved directly with them from your room by dialing 8520. Treatments requested with the same therapist are subject to availability.
When the fitness center is open?
Then fitness center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you can access directly to the gym with your keycard.
What should I wear during my treatment?
Before all treatments, every guest is provided with disposable underwear. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, robes and slippers are provided in the men's and women's lockers. If you only reserved our Thermal circuit, you can wear your personal swimsuit.
Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment, it will help avoiding skin irritations. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom. Otherwise, upon arrival at the Spa Reception every guest is given a key for the lockers lockers that are available for your personal items in the spa facility.
What is the cancellation policy?
Once the treatment time is confirmed, 24 hours notice is required to change the appointment time, or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
What is the age restriction?
Guests must be 17 years of age or older. Children are allowed access only into the hairdressing studio.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
What about payment for Spa services?
We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments, upon request.
What if I have a health condition?
All guests using the Spa must complete a Health Questionnaire. Guests with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, gynaecological disorders, epilepsy, diabetes, pregnancy and certain allergies, skin conditions or skeletal problems, plus those who have had recent surgery or are on some form of medication, will be restricted in the facilities, treatments and activities they will be able to participate in. To avoid disappointment, clients who have any of the above or are currently undergoing any form of treatment are advised to check with their own doctor, or the Spa, before booking a Spa treatment or class.
